COSPLAY PHOTOGRAPHY RULES

Attention Semi-Professional/Professional cosplay photographers!

Due to new restriction on space at the Centre EY, we can no longer allow cosplay shoots involving tripods, light boxes, back drops, or long durations in any area designated as conventions grounds without prior approval of our Media Relations team. This includes but is not limited to any of the hallways or rooms.
 
Professional photographers are asked to schedule photo shoots outside of conventions grounds. Failure to do so may result in expulsion from the convention for all parties involved without refund.
 
Photographers are encouraged to contact the Exhibitor Services team at expo@ottawacomiccon.com to inquire about booth space.
 
Finally, photographers are highly encouraged to secure permission from the relevant sources outside the convention space for their photo shoots.
