Biography
Chibi Bara cosplay is a Master level cosplayer who has competed in several workmanship contests and has been creating cosplays for 22 years. She loves intricate details, luxurious fabrics and dazzling designs. An experienced sewist, foamsmith and prop maker, Chibi dabbles in just about everything to create and bring her costumes to life. From gowns, to armour, and everything in between, she is always learning new skills with every project.
