Lisa Soper is one of Ottawa's major success stories. She started out at the Animation Program at Algonquin College, but shifted into production design working on hit shows such as The Five, Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, Batwoman (pilot), and Peacemaker Season 1. Her feature film works include Clown (2014), the critically acclaimed Closet Monster (2015), House at the End of the Street (2012) starring Jennifer Lawrence, Awakening the Zodiac (2017), and The Blackcoat’s Daughter (2015).
She has directed episodes of Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, Riverdale, The Winchesters, and several episodes of Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin including the pilot.
Ottawa Comiccon 2024 is proud to present a screening of her latest project, the horror-comedy short Have a Good Day starring Lucy Davis (The Office UK, Shaun of the Dead, Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, Wonder Woman) and Eric Johnson (Vikings, Fifty Shades Trilogy, Smallville, Flash Gordon, American Gods).
