Biography
Ken Kirzinger is a Canadian actor and stuntman best known for portraying Jason Voorhees in Freddy vs. Jason (2003). His towering presence and physicality have made him a standout in horror films, particularly in roles that require intense stunt work and menacing performances.
Throughout his career, Kirzinger has appeared in numerous films. When playing Jason Voorhees in Freddy vs. Jason (2003), he starred alongside the legendary Robert Englund as Freddy Krueger. In Wrong Turn 2: Dead End (2007), he portrayed Pa, sharing the screen with Henry Rollins. He took on the role of Rusty Nail in Joy Ride 3: Roadkill (2014), a film featuring Jesse Hutch. Additionally, he had a small role as a New York cook in Friday the 13th Part VIII: Jason Takes Manhattan (1989), where Jason, played by Kane Hodder, threw him over the counter.
Kirzinger has also made appearances in various television series. His credits include The X-Files, Supernatural, and Psych, where he had two acting roles. He has also worked on 21 Jump Street, The Commish, and MacGyver, among others.
