Information concerning COVID-19


It is with great sorrow that the Ottawa Comiccon team must officially postpone its 9th edition, which was to take place from September 11 to 13, 2020.

The health and safety of our attendees, guests, volunteers, partners, exhibitors and employees remain our top priorities. We support the measures taken by the government and health authorities to deal with COVID-19 and we hope that together we can overcome this crisis.

We look forward to seeing you all again in 2021, to celebrate that which kept us united for so many years: our passion for pop culture



Can I keep my tickets for the 2021 edition?

Yes. You can keep the tickets you have purchased for this year, to use for the 2021 edition. You don’t have to do anything else. The price you paid this year will also be guaranteed at no additional cost.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If you have purchased your tickets online through TIX123, or if you purchased them at the Ottawa Comiccon: Holiday Edition 2019, you will automatically receive an email giving you the option. Once you receive the email from TIX123 and if you wish to obtain your refund, please have your credit card ready (same card number as used for purchase) and follow the link that will be provided.

I booked a hotel room. What should I do?

I am an exhibitor and I have reserved a booth. What should I do?

What are the dates of the 2021 event?
